Customer Service is an integral part of all areas at Money Transfer Systems. By handling all service issues internally, we are able to ensure the highest quality and quickest response to our client’s needs. Our service department regularly works with our merchants, not only to quickly resolve any issues they have, but we also regularly contact merchants to proactively educate and inform them of any potential areas of concern or new features to our service.

Our support center strives to solve all inquiries on the initial call. In the event an issue cannot be resolved on the initial call, escalation procedures will ensure lead technicians and department managers are involved to ensure timely resolution. Each phone call is logged in our support database and cataloged as a resolved issue or an open ticket.

Money Transfer Systems merchant services provide all of our merchants with a single point of contact for all service needs. A call to our toll free number gives the merchant direct access to all of our services.
